A structured evaluation to identify the right tier, the right priorities, and any issues that would limit success — before you commit to a larger investment.

Turnaround: 5–7 business days from information receipt. Desktop analysis only — no weather dependency.

$225 credit applied toward Tier 3, 4, or 5 if you proceed within 6 months of your screening. A $450 screening can prevent a $3,000–10,000 mistake.

Tiers 1–3 Soil Testing & Field Intelligence Three service tiers — Basic, Advanced, and Precision — covering properties from under 5 acres to several hundred. RGB orthomosaic is standard at every field tier. Pricing is straightforward: a base fee covers the first 20 acres, and a single per-acre rate applies to every acre above that.

Federal program note: The DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral platform is subject to NDAA/ASDA procurement restrictions and cannot be used on federally funded project components including NRCS EQIP and CSP. Missouri state programs (DNR/SWCD N590, MDC) and private-pay engagements are not restricted.

Food Plot Services Food Plot Soil Testing & Management

Tier 1 base pricing applies. The following add-ons are available for food plot engagements:

  • Annual Plot Management Report: +$40 per plot per year
  • No-till drilling: $95–$125/acre, 3-acre minimum
  • Spring Food Plot Special: $75 flat for single plots ≤1 acre — seasonal promotional rate
Compaction Testing Soil Compaction Analysis

Included standard at Tier 2 and above. Available as a Tier 1 add-on at +$5 per sample point. Co-located with soil sample points — one navigation stop per location.
