AeroTerraX delivers interpretation — what the data means, what is driving the patterns you are seeing, what actions are defensible given the evidence, and what can wait. The difference matters because data without context does not improve decisions. It just adds paperwork. The practice is built around one question: what is this land telling us? Answering that question requires integrating soil chemistry, compaction, vegetation health, terrain, and land history into a single coherent analysis — not running one test and handing you a number.
THE FOUNDER
Jason Oliver — AeroTerraX Land Solutions
Jason Oliver founded AeroTerraX Land Solutions and serves as its owner and principal analyst. Before building this practice, he spent over 20 years on active military duty — now retired — followed by five years as a civilian with the Department of the Army Military Police School. His academic credentials include an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Central Texas College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from American Military University. The discipline that defined his military career is the same discipline that defines how AeroTerraX operates.
AeroTerraX is not a side project. It is a deliberate, methodical effort to build a land intelligence practice that conservation agencies, NRCS personnel, and landowners can rely on for defensible, evidence-based recommendations. Every protocol, every tool, and every deliverable standard has been stress-tested before being offered to clients.
Beyond the data and the deliverables, Jason is an active conservation practitioner. As Secretary of the Upper Meramec Prescribed Burn Association (UMPBA), he works directly with conservation partners on prescribed fire and habitat restoration across the Missouri Ozarks. That field experience shapes everything about how AeroTerraX operates — because this practice is built by someone who reads the land, walks the ground, and understands what is actually at stake when management decisions go wrong.
